Troyes: the city of textiles and factory outlets
From the 12th century, Troyes became familiar with the textile trades: weavers, clothiers, dyers and even launderers. Over the years, the city has specialized in hosiery. This is the manufacture and sale of knitwear. In Troyes, we mainly made socks, stockings and even lingerie in cotton, wool or silk.
