What are the cancellation conditions?

ou can cancel your booking at any time. Depending on the date on which it intervenes, you should take in account that it will cause variable fees. The following schedule is applicable for the tenant : if you cancel more than 30 days before your stay, the cancellation fee will be 0% of the amount of your rental; If you cancel between 30 and 3 days before your stay, the cancellation fee will be 25% of the rental amount; If you cancel less than 2 days before your stay, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the rental amount. These cancellation costs can be covered by cancellation insurance. It can be taken out individually by the tenant.

What happens if there is a deterioration?

We ask you a deposit of 400.00 euros by credit card and 80.00 euros for the household. The amount will be reserved but not debited. We reserve the right to debit each amount if a degradation or an issue occurred and/or if the cleanliness is not respected for the household. There is no cleaning option, the accommodation must be left in a state of rental use : cleaning products are available.  During your journey, please respect the rules and the maintenance of the accommodation. during the stay.

Are pets allowed?

After our confirmation, your pet is the welcome. Only one pet is allowed and must weigh less than 10kg. However, any pet accepted into the accommodation must not: climb on beds, chairs, armchairs and/or sofa. Your pet should not be left alone and locked in the accommodation, on the terrace or in the garden. Additional charges of €5.00/night.

The landlord receives the tenant who has booked (not another person) for the handing over of the keys and for the arrival procedures. The tenant must show up on the day specified at the time of booking at 5:00 p.m. (accommodation time) and, at the latest, at 7:00 p.m. The tenant will notify the landlord beforehand, by phone on 06.30.96.34.93 or by email bullesenescale.fr, of his arrival time so that the owner can organize himself and be present to welcome them during the aforementioned reception time slot. The state of the premises and the departure must take place before 10:30 a.m. We insist on respecting the agreed time: the cleaning staff work on very short deadlines and on several accommodations, we ask you to make it easier for them, as we have asked the tenants who preceded you. As this tenancy has been granted only on a seasonal basis, the tenant agrees to leave the premises at the date and time of the contract. Having also his home indicated as an address in the rental agreement, the tenant has no right to sublet.

Tourist tax

Fees applicable per person over 18 years of age and per night, decided and voted by the community of communes of Vendeuvre-Soulaines and payable to the public treasury by the owner. It is in the contract and is due before arrival
